End of Lease Clean

Usually moving home is an exciting time. However leaving a home, especially a rental can be fraught with dealing with increasingly picky real estate property managers. The worst call to get once you're left is from the property manager with some issue they've picked up on the final inspection, that needs to be fixed or it'll come out of your bond.

That’s where we come in. Our professional, friendly team can assist with your End of Lease (or Pre Settlement Clean).
We clean to a checklist to ensure your rental is left in a reasonably clean state.

As a guide our End of Lease Cleaning service can include:


  • Cooking areas – general clean oven, racks and stove top. Remove all chemicals and wipe marks.
  • Exhaust hood – clean all oil marks.
  • Sinks – clean inside, clean taps and water spout.
  • Benches – wipe down all surface areas and walls.
  • Dishwasher – clean inside, including all racks and rubbers.
  • Extractor fan – remove all dust.
  • Cupboards – empty and wipe out.

Bathrooms and laundry

  • Mirrors – clean all mirrors and remove wipe marks.
  • Toilet – scrub and disinfect including under seat and around the outside of the bowl.
  • Shower – clean glass, taps and shower head, clean grout areas, mop floor and allow area to dry.
  • Bathtub and Basin – clean basin and drain, wipe down all bench tops, wall tiles and taps.
  • Other – wipe down soap holders, towel rails, toilet paper holder and ceiling fan.

General Inside

  • Walls – wipe down all walls.* remove cobwebs from corners.
  • Windows – clean the inside of all windows and also doors – including in the window tracks and blinds.
  • Cupboards and drawers – empty and wipe clean.
  • Ledges – wipe clean all ledges including, windows, skirting boards, top of doors, sliding door tracks.
  • Lights – clean all light switches and lights
  • Floors – vacuum or sweep floors before mopping

Remember there may be some other items not included, but that may need to be addressed:

  • Walls & Other Damage (*) – Scrub off marks and fix dents or holes and repaint if necessary.
  • Mouldy Grout, Ceilings, Windows and Other Areas
  • Grimy Ovens will require professional oven cleaners.
  • Sinks with materials and grime in them may require advanced professional cleaning.
  • External Window Cleaning may be required.
  • Replace non-working light bulbs.
  • Steam cleaning of carpets.
  • Gardening and Mowing

NOTE: While areas where furniture are removed are expected to be dusty, a house should be reasonable clean and free of grime. Additional charges or cancellation of service may result if the home is unreasonably dirty.

A general domestic clean is our most popular home service, usually performed on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

Once a month or quarter many of our clients request a Deep Clean to ensure even those harder to access areas are cleaned. A Deep Clean includes cleaning under moved furniture (please note someone needs to move that prior to our service).

The majority of our clients ask for a fortnightly home cleaning service. This generally helps to supplement their cleaning in-between visits. We do have many clients who prefer a weekly residential cleaning service so they know their home is all clean and spotless.

How often you’d like your home cleaned is totally up to you.

No, we provide all the supplies and equipment needed to perform a professional clean according to our checklists.

Of course if you have specific equipment to be used for a particular task or may need a certain chemical or chemical-free product to be used, please feel free to discuss with us before your cleaning begins so we can ensure that we can stand by the cleaning service we perform.

Yes, we are fully insured. If any damage were to be caused to property it needs to be reported to us in writing straight away and proof supplied that we caused the damage. We know that the majority of people are honest, however you can appreciate that there are some who may take advantage of goodwill, and these are the terms directed by our insurance policy provider. Thankfully we have not lodged a claim in over 20 years!
